• If you must cancel, interrupt or delay your trip, or
• If you experience any emergency

Failure to notify Allianz Global Assistance can delay the processing and payment of your claim and may limit the amount of your claim payment.

If your baggage is lost, stolen or delayed while you are using a common carrier, Allianz Global Assistance can advise you of the proper reporting procedures and help you maintain contact with the appropriate companies or authorities to help resolve the problem.

You may be reimbursed up to your coverage amount if you purchase either the CIBC Insurance Trip Cancellation & Trip Interruption Enhanced Package or the CIBC Insurance Comprehensive Package.
